Ingredients
For cover
2 cups maida
1/2 tsp kalonji
Pinch of fruit salt (eno)
Dahi
Salt to taste
For filling
1 cup grated paneer
Salt to taste
1 hari mirch finely chopped
2 Tsp finely chopped hara dhaniya
Ghee
Process
Mix maida, salt and eno in a bowl
Make a soft dough by adding a little dahi at a time
Keep it aside to rest for 20 mins
Mix paneer, salt, mirch and dhaniya
Divide the dough into small balls
Divide the stuffing into the same number of balls
Make a cup of the maida ball and stuff the paneerĀ filling, seal it properly
Roll out small naan (dust with maida if required)
Cook it on both sides on a tawa, gas tandoor or OTG
Apply ghee and serve hot with chole, palak paneer, matar paneer, paneer bhurji, veg jalferezi ect….
