Gajar Matar

Ingredients

2 Big lal gajar
1 cup matar
1 Tsp ghee
1/2 tsp jeera
Pinch of hing
1/2 tsp haldi
1/2 tsp lal mirch
1/2 tsp dhania powder
1/2 tsp amchur powder
Salt to taste

 Process

Wash and chop carrots
Heat ghee in a kadahi and add jeera +hing
After the jeera splutters add gajar and matar
Add dhania powder, amchur,haldi, mirch, and salt
Mix, cover and cook till the gajar is soft
Serve hot with phulka, puri or paratha
