French Beans

Ingredients

250 gm french beans (shravan ghevda) finely chopped
1 big aloo peeled and finely chopped
1 tomato finely chopped
1 pyaj finely chopped
2 tsp oil
1/2 tsp rai
Pinch of hing
1/2 tsp haldi
1/2 tsp lal mirch
1 tsp dhania powder
Salt to taste
Lemon juice as per taste

Process

Heat oil in a kadahi
Add rai and hing
Add pyaj and fry till it is soft
Add tomato, haldi, lal mirch, dhania powder and salt
Saute for a min and add beans +aloo
Mix well, cover and cook till the beans are soft
Serve hot with phulka, Paratha,naan,poori
