Sabji Masala/Garam Masala

Ingredients

1/2 cup Kali mirch
1/2 cup jeera
8-10 choti ilaichi
5-7 badi ilaichi
Fistful of long
2 Pieces of dalchini (2 inches long )
1Tsp shahjeera.

Process

Dry roast all the ingredients separately for 1/2 min each.
After it cools mix all and grind to a fine powder

Use this masala in sabjis to get a spicy flavour
