Saadha Varan

Ingredients

3/4 Cup arhar dal (tur dal)
1/2 Spoon haldi
1 table spoon gud (jaggery) (as per taste)
Pinch of hing
Salt to taste

Process

Pressure cook dal.
Add haldi, salt, hing and gud.
Pour hot water to required consistency.
Boil for 3-4 mins.
Serve with rice adding desi ghee and lemon juice.
