Palak Tamatar

Ingredients

1/2 kg palak chopped (spinach)
2 Tomatoes chopped
1 Tea spoon oil
1/2 Tea spoon rai (mustard seeds)
Pinch of hing (asafoetida)
1/2 Tea spoon lal mirch
Salt to taste

Process

Heat oil in a pan and add rai and hing.
Add palak and tomatoes.
Add salt and lal mirch.
Cover and keep on low flame till the palak is cooked.
Serve with roti.
