2 Cups aata
Pinch of salt
Add salt and 1 table spoon oil to aata.
Knead the dough adding little water at a time.
Divde the dough into 7-8 parts and make balls.
Roll out the ball into small circle.
Smear little oil and fold it twice to make a triangle.
Roll again into paratha shape (can apply dry aata to roll easily).
Put it on tawa and cook on both sides.
Gently press with a muslin cloth on the edges to puff it on the tawa itself.
Remove from tawa and apply ghee.
These rotis are tastier than the usual phulkas and also remain soft.
