6-7 Boiled aloo (potatoes chopped)
1 Tomato chopped
2 Tea spoon ghee
1 Tea spoon jeera
Pinch of hing
1/2 Tea spoon hari ka dum aloo masala
1/2 Tea spoon lal mirch
Salt to taste
Heat ghee in a pan.
Add jeera and hing.
Add aloo, tomato, lal mirch, dumaloo masala and salt.
Pour hot water to required consitency.
Boil for 2-3 mins .
Serve with puri, kachori, stuffed kachoris.
