Ingredients

2 Cups matar (peas)
1 Hari mirch (green chilli)
1 Onion
2 Tomatoes
2 Cloves lahsun (garlic)
1/2 Inch piece adrak (ginger)
1/2 Tea spoon dhania powder
1/2Tea spoon garam masala
1/2 tea spoon lal mirch
2 Udad ki badi crushed (0ptional)
2 potatoes chopped
2 Table spoon oil
1/2 inch piece tej patta (bay leaf)
1 Table spoon finely chopped hara dhania

Process

Coarsely grind onion, lahsun, hari mirch, adrak and tomatoes.
Crush the matar in mixer jar coarsely.
Heat oil in a pan .
Add potatoes and allow it to cook, remove  from oil and keep aside.
To the remaining oil add tej patta and ground masala.
Fry till the masala leaves the oil.
Add mirch, dhania powder and salt.
Add badi, matar and potatoes, fry for a minute.
Pour some hot water to get the required consistency.
Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with hara dhania.
Cook for 3-4 minutes.
Serve with rice.
