1 packet Sandwich Bread
8-10 mashed boiled potatoes
1 onion finely chopped
2 tomatoes finely chooped
1 green chilli chopped
1 tablespoon hara dhania finely chopped
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 teaspoon rai (mustard seeds)
1/2 teaspoon jeera (cumin seeds)
Pinch of hing
1/2 teaspoon haldi
1 teaspoon lal mirch
1/2 teaspoon dhania powder
Amchur as per taste (Optional)
Salt to taste


For stuffing:
Heat oil.
Add rai, jeera and hing.
Add onions and fry till it’s soft.
Add tomatoes and cook till its soft.
Sprinkle haldi, lal mirch and dhania powder.
Add potatoes and green chillies.
Add salt to taste and mix well.
Add hara dhania and remove from flame.

Smear butter or desi ghee on only one side of all the bread slices.
Add a generous layer of aloo masala stuffing on the dry side of the bread.
Put another slice on till with the butter on outer side.
Toast it in a sandwich toaster till it’s crisp from both sides.

Serve hot with ketchup and green chutney.
