Simple Dal

Ingredients
1 cup tur dal (arhar dal)
2 tea spoon oil
1/2 tea spoon haldi
1/2 tea spoon rai (mustard seeds)
7-8 seeds of methi (fenugreeek seeds)
1/2 tea spoon of jeera
Pinch of hing
1 tea spoon gud (jaggery)
Salt to taste
1-2 tea spoons of lemon juice

Process

Pressure cook dal.
Add haldi,salt, gud and boil for 2-3 minutes.

For tempering
Heat oil.
Add rai, jeera, methi and hing.
Pour it on dal.
Add lemon juice.
Serve with rice.
