Idly

Ingredients

Idly/Dosa/Uttapam batter

Process

Grease the idly moulds.
Do not stir the batter or else the idlies won’t be fluffy.
Pour the batter into each mould.
Steam it for 10 minutes.
Allow it to cool.
De-mould the idlies.

Serve idly with coconut chutney and sambar.
