Dum Aloo


8-10 medium sized potatoes boiled and coarsely mashed
1.5 teaspoon ghee
Pinch of hing
1/2 teaspoon lal mirch
2-3 teaspoon Hari ka dumaloo masala
1 teaspoon jeera
Salt to taste


Heat oil in a pan.
Add jeera nd hing.
Add potatoes, salt, lal mirch and masala.
Pour approx 2 cups of hot water.
Bring it to a boil.
Serve hot with puri and lahsun ki hari chutney.

– Add some hot water if the sabji becomes thick.
-Goes well with puri kachori, urad ki kachori, khasta kachori and matar ki kachori.
